The practice is conveniently located on Bishopsmead Parade on Ockham Road South in East Horsley. We have disability access and free parking is available outside our premises. New patients are more than welcome.
On 22 June 2017 CQC carried out an announced inspection under Section 60 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 as part of our regulatory functions. They planned the inspection to check whether the registered provider was meeting the legal requirements in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations.
